Our origin story
Before Cottage Rose Management existed, we were already property owners — and we still are. We own and manage 65 units of our own in the area, handling leasing, maintenance, and day-to-day operations directly, the way any hands-on owner does.
Cottage Rose Management grew out of that experience. Other owners — ones who couldn't be on-site as often as they'd like — kept asking the same question: could we manage their property the way we manage our own? That became the business.
We didn't build a franchise or a multi-city platform. We built a small, local, in-house team that applies the same operating standard we hold ourselves to on every property we manage for someone else.
What that means for you
Your property isn't a side task handed off to a faceless firm or a rotating cast of vendors. It's managed by a team that runs its own rental community the same way, every day — leasing, maintenance, and accountability handled in-house, with the same standard of care whether the property is ours or yours.
